tenemos una SURT15KRMXLT-1TF10K APC SMART-UPS RT 15KVA RM usa 4 led frontales y el primero de arriba esta en verde permanete pero tambien el ultimo de abajo se encuentra alarmado permanente de color rojo. porfabor le pido que me oriente cual es el problema que nos indica
