    Important Safety Instructions READ THIS SECTION BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO OPERATE AIR CONDITIONER. Unit must be upright for one hour prior to oper ating. Plug in & press RESET The power supply cord contains a current device that senses damage to the power cord. T o test your power supply cord do the following: Plug in the Air Conditioner . The power supply cord will have TWO buttons on the plug head. Press the TEST button. Y ou will notice a click as the RESET button pops out. Press the RESET button. Remov e adaptor A from unit by sliding sideways (Fig. 4 ). 3. Extend either side of the hose (Fig. 5) and screw the hose to adaptor A (Fig. 6) . 4. Extend the other side of the hose and screw it to adaptor B (Fig. 7). 5. Slide the assembly onto unit (Fig. 8). 6. Affix the adaptor B into the window slider kit and seal. However, if you require stale or smokey air to be removed from the room, hook up the duct accessories as described in the "EXHAUSTING HOT AIR" section. 1.
