Paper jam occurred. Error code 380, 381,382,385,389 I saw the paper at the rear of the photocopier. I was able to clear all of the paper. I followed the instructions step-by-step so the device new I acted on the advice. This included removing the toner and drum. I confirmed that the paper had cleared by physically passing a sheet of paper through the copier from the rear where I cleared the paper. The device keeps reporting that there is a jam. I have switched it off a few times. I have repeated the 10 steps to clear the jam. I believe there is no paper jamming the copier now. Is there a software reset I can use to maybe over-ride the error message, so I can at least test the device? Thanks
