La lavatrice lava in un solo senso di rotazione per cui non inverte il senso di rotazione. La conseguenza è che gli indumenti vengono tutti arrotolati e quando centrifuga la lavatrice tende a muoversi e risulta molto rumorosa per effetto della forza centrifuga derivata da un solo senso di rotazione durante il lavaggio e la centrifuga.
