Ayer estuvimos imprimiendo y hoy nos da un error diciendo que no reconoce el puerto USB y no conecta con el servicio de impresión pero si deja entrar en configuración del cabezal por lo que es un error fingido. Nos ha pasado en todos los equipos instalados con Windows-10 y con 2 impresoras SP35. Hemos reinstaldo Drivers pero sigue el error
