Where can you get a repair manual or manual showing total breakdown of the parts and construction of the hood? I have not been able to locate on on the internet. Only user or installation manuals appear to be available. Thanks

We have no power to this hood. There appears to be a ballast along the front. It is hot. It appears to be replaceable. Could this be the problem. The fuse appears to be good.
